You will learn how to make a selection of bakes from our mymuybueno Deli. This is a gluten, dairy, refined sugar free baking learn to bake without the use of gluten, dairy, refined sugar or eggs, making this a fully vegan course too.

This is a wonderful lifestyle course day, which will equip you with confidence in your baking ‘without’, covering three practicals using flax and chia seeds, and also chickpea water as egg alternatives.

This class is perfect for those wishing to learn about healthy baking for those with intolerances.

All bakes are from mymuybueno Deli, this course is taught by our Principal, Justine Murphy as she shares her recipe secrets with you.
