This fully hands on practical week is aimed at home cooks that wish to expand and advance their general cookery skills and master the core cookery skills required to increase your confidence and competency in the kitchen and provide you with classic techniques.

Sauces, savoury consommé, desserts and pastry. Pasta, shellfish, fish, meat, poultry, foams. We will teach you the skills and techniques to present and plate your dishes beautifully.
