At mymuybueno Cookery School our goal is to ensure that every student who comes through our doors, walks away well equipped and fully versed with absolute confidence in everything that they learn with us, and to be able to replicate dishes again with ease in their own environment. This is hugely important to me and why our courses operate with only 8 students at a time to ensure we can obtain this.
We have a wide range of courses to suit all levels and time allowances. Our Half Day Courses are for children to enhance their skills and fuel their interest and passion in cooking. Evenings, for those students who are unable to attend daytime classes. Skills Workshops to focus only on precise techniques to be honed and mastered and also Team Building events for companies or group parties.
Our Lifestyle One Day Courses cover a vast range of different subjects from Classic Spanish to Raw Desserts, French and Patisserie to Street Food. With 22 different cuisines to choose from, there is something for everyone. These are all intermediate level and include a glass of wine to enjoy with the fruits of your labour, as they are built to be an enjoyable experience and a more relaxing course day.
We hold One Week Courses, which run from Monday to Friday. Beginners, Teen Bootcamp, Intermediate, Patisserie and Vegan to be able to cover a wide range of skills, techniques and recipes for both foundation and also intermediate level students. And then our Essentials Four Week Course which provides a fully comprehensive understanding of all foundation cookery.
The ‘my’ in mymuybueno is the personal touch, and our Chef Tutors are represented by our own chef agency, mymuybueno Private Chefs. We match up the very best chefs on our books to deliver the courses that best reflect their own professional background and passion, to ensure you get the very best from them.
We are very proud to have amazing Guest Chefs visiting us at mymuybueno Cookery School from all over the world to be able share their immense talent with our students. My vision, not just as Principal, but also as Founder and CEO of mymuybueno is to be able to use my school to set a new benchmark for learning, by connecting people, building passion and sharing invaluable experience that each Guest Chef has, to inspire others and to excite and ignite a love for cooking. To share their talent and to give students accessibility to high profile chefs that they follow on social media, or cherish their cookbooks, and could only dream of being taught by. I want to make that a reality.
Pop Up Dinners, our visiting Guest Chefs will often stay on with us to deliver a special dinner in our Cookery School which will turn into a restaurant for the night with a table for just 8 guests, for one evening only. You will get to watch the Guest Chef cook the dishes, engage and ask questions, and then sit to enjoy your three delicious courses, served with local wine, making this a foodie’s experience of a lifetime to remember forever.
